Some exercise routines that are performed in water are well known, among them we can mention the AquaCycle, Aquabox, aquarruning, WOGA (Yoga in the water) aquaerobic, aqua-toning, pilates and aquastep, to name a few. However, not everything is out in the water, there are some sports or disciplines can practice in it, such as Aquathlon, the fight underwater.
