This exercise is great to build back strength and shoulder stability, as well as to learn proper positioning of the spine and wake up your core! Swimmers can especially benefit from this one.
- Begin on your hands and knees, position your hands so they are under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
- Allow your neck, mid back and low back find their natural curves. (tip: place a broomstick along your back and it should touch you in three spots: back of your head, mid back and lower part of your pelvis)
