Sophrology is a synthesis of different oriental techniques for meditation, yoga and relaxation. Its objective is the solution of problems of emotional and psychological tensions that manifest in significant bodily and psychic.
More than a method of relaxing the body, sophrology takes into consideration all the psychosomatic dimension of the person, knowing that therein lies the essence of pathological behaviors, conscious or not.
Based on breathing, relaxation and mental projection, is a method that allows the development of the capacity for autonomy in the management of personal wellbeing.
